Everyday we face the unknown while protecting and serving our communities and making them safer for all families.
We are proud to hold family oriented events throughout the year to allow our members and community to celebrate the Irish heritage and culture of law enforcement.
ALEES takes pride in its duty to uphold the (Irish) heritage and culture of law enforcement. ALEES believes in supporting and cultivating a positive relationship between law enforcement and our community.

SPREAD THE WORD
Each year our members and supporters host a series of events, from general fundraising at Irish- themed gatherings, event booths, parades and celebrations, and specific fundraisers.
ALEES has donated over $100,000 since 2004. It is only through the volunteered time and efforts of those supporting our organization that we have reached these goals.
Established in 2004, The Arizona Law Enforcement Emerald Society (ALEES) is a family compromised of active and retired law enforcement officers, as well as civilian supporters throughout the great State of Arizona.
The first Emerald Society was founded in New York in 1953. ALEES is a proud member of the National Conference of Law Enforcement Emerald Societies (NCLEES).
